Jason Xinyu Li is a member of the firm, resident in Shanghai, China. Mr. Li obtained his LL B and LL M degrees from Wuhan University Law School in 1990 and 1993, respectively. He worked as a corporate counsel in China before going to the United States in 1995. Mr. Li studied at Tulane University Law School and obtained a LL M degree in Admiralty in 1997, and was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 1998����
