CHIC2009:China Apparel Interview with Mrs Chen Yufang the vice president of Shenzhen Betu Fashion Co.,Ltd.

Today, the competition of women’s wear market is very severity. Betu occupied its own market and sales very succeed. Do you have any good experience told us?
I think market target is very important. For us, we target to OL, and visit to many exhibitions on China south, east, central and west area. We also attention to package and innovation of products, from design to quality, price to service, they are connect to each other very well. Otherwise, through ads, media, shopping mart or VIP consume ways to promote our products fast.

What do you think the advantages or disadvantages compare domestic brand to overseas brand?
Local brand understands local market better, but they are short of original design style and without clear target customers. Overseas brand owns their store in China, they have rich sales experience. They pay attention to target market, R&D and talent.

Lots of companies have many brands for sale; do you have any plan to develop more brands?
I have to say it is economic crisis; we keep conservative way to develop our market. This year, we plan to open concept store in Beijing; new collections will enter in market before October 1. Otherwise, the store in Guangzhou will be expanded.

Economic crisis is hot topic in this year, how do you consider this problem?
Our teamwork is very well and always supported by Betu group. In economic crisis, we keep to expand our store, enhance our marketing sales. On the other side, we intend to start VIP activities, it can increase our product line and communicate to net friend. Through new collection fashion show, customers know Betu well; it is also a good way to promote this brand.
