Interviewer: What is the routine work for a vision mechandiser? Do women have any advantages in doing the work?
Tian: Garment display is a kind of work to show the beauty of your garment through your window display or other simple and direct method on the

marketplace.In this way the potential customers will like your garment at once when they enter into your specilized store.The routine work of a vision mechandiser is very complicated.It is a kind of physical labour,you have to move heavy models.So I think it's much more for men to do the work.

Interviewer: What qualities requirement to suit for the job?
Tian: Enthusiasm. Love garment. Have a sensative feeling on garments and colour. You should learn some psychology, marketing and fashion design.

Interviewer: What is the current situation in China as a vision mechandiser?
Tian: Enterprises are putting more importance on display designers. However, there is lack of good vision mechandisers in China.
