China Fashion Week: NE.TIGER Haute Couture 09 by Zhang Zhifeng
Nov. 5 2008, NE·TIGER Haute Couture 09 was launched in Beijing Hotel. The theme is “Splendid China & Chinese Formal Dress” and directed by designer Zhang Zhifeng.
