Debuting at Lakme Fashion Week, Sherina Dalamal's 'Cherie D' label was woven around the romantic "La Vie En Rose" theme. Starting with a fashionable journey in Paris in pretty pastels - ecru, skin, lemon and lime along with Rose pink - for feminine fabrics like tulle, ombre Georgette's, glittering chiffon, satin, broderie anglaise and chikan kari, the layering created an ethereal effect for the creations.

Here was a ultra glamorous collection for an impressive Red Carpet entry. The delicate embroidery in tulle, crystal flowers, 3D rosettes and beautiful pearl and stone clusters added to the glamour of the creations. Flowing gowns, draped dresses and corset mini creations were a sexy romantic fashion trip from the designer. The gowns and dresses were exquisitely embroidered and finished.
